The ChefsDiet™ Program Details
Chefs Diet™ brings all your daily food needs direct to your door: breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. Each meal delivers perfect portions of balanced nutrition customized to your dietary needs. Our meals are prepared using the popular zone portion control principals of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% favorable fats.
We offer a variety of nutritional meal plans all prepared daily using the freshest ingredients. Packaged in disposable microwave-safe dishes, meals can also be reheated in a 350-degree oven on your own oven-safe dishes.
To keep your meals their freshest, we use high-quality insulated cooler bags and ice packs. Each morning before 5AM, your cooler arrives with your daily meals, utensils and informative menu. Each night, just place the cooler and ice packs outside your door and we’ll pick them up. It’s that simple to have your healthy life, delivered.

Re-scheduling a DeliveryIt's easy to re-schedule for any reason. Our Customer Service Department is available from Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) at 1-800-939-0663 email* anytime to help@mychefsdiet.com. Keep in mind we will need two (2) business days notice to process delivery changes.
Changing the Delivery AddressYou can change your address for any future delivery(s). Just call to be sure your new address is within our delivery service area. Changes may be made by calling our Customer Service Department between Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) at 1-800-939-0663 or by emailing* help@mychefsdiet.com. Address change requests must be made two (2) business days prior to new address start date.
Customer SatisfactionIf there is an error with an individual meal you received, Chefs Diet™ will issue a meal credit (i.e. breakfast credit, lunch credit, dinner credit or snack credit). In fact, if for some reason you acquire 5 credits, Chefs Diet™ will add an extra day of service to your account. You can have the credits refunded to your credit card at the end of your program cycle. Or, if you do not request a refund, all outstanding meal credits will remain in your account for future use.
The dollar amount of your refund will represent the fair value of your meal(s) and is subject to change without notice.
Cancellation PolicyTo cancel your program call our Customer Service Department between Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) at 1-800-939-0663 or email* help@mychefsdiet.com. It takes two (2) business days to cancel any regular program, and THREE (3) business days for other programs. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, as referenced above, you will receive a refund within 5 to 10 business days for any days in which deliveries were not sent.
Any and all days in which meals were delivered will be pro-rated to our current suggested retail price per day.**

*If you choose to contact us about your order via email, please include your full name, order number, telephone number and clearly state your change request.** To explain how our pro-rate formula works, we extend discounted rates for programs with longer days per cycle. For example, our 31 day program costs less per day than our 14 day program. If you order a 31 day program but cancel your last two weeks, your 31 day discounted daily rate no longer applies to your total order. You will be charged the regular rate of a 14 day program and will be refunded the difference. •Plus applicable sales tax
